Recruitment Process
Staff are recruited from the UK with valid visas and work permits(where applicable). We do not take on sponsorships from overseas applicants. All applicants follow a professional interviewing and thorough vetting process, this includes up to date CV, three references, training certificates, disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks and where necessary, home office checks.
Assistance and advice will be given to qualified nurses from overseas, to ensure that they obtain their appropriate NMC registration if pertinent. In the interim, however, Peach Nursing will provide this group of staff with work as a professional carer.
We hand pick our carers / nurses and operate a non-discriminatory practice. We pride ourselves on working with only the best.
