Our staff have additonal training in end of life care. We pride ourselvs on our expertise and work closely with palliative teams and other support servcies to provide seemless expert care at home with their loved ones.
Movement disorders including stroke and motor neurone disease
Specialising in all types of Parkinson’s disease.
Rehabilitation program
Assistance gaining and reinforcing independent living following trauma or long term illness working alongside physiotherapy services.
